Representative DeSana Launches His Re-Election Bid
Carleton, Michigan – Representative Jim DeSana (R-Carleton) today officially launched his campaign for re-election to the Michigan House of Representatives, pledging to continue his work on behalf of the residents of the 29th District. DeSana, who has served as a strong voice for conservative values in Lansing, highlighted his commitment to economic growth, fiscal responsibility, and protecting individual freedoms as key pillars of his re-election campaign.
“Serving the people of the 29th District has been one of the greatest honors of my life,” said DeSana. “In these challenging times, it is more important than ever to have strong, principled leadership in Lansing. I am running for re-election to ensure that our communities continue to thrive and that our values are represented in state government.”
During his first term, Representative DeSana has been a staunch advocate for lower taxes, small business support, and educational reforms that empower parents and local communities. He has worked tirelessly to ensure that the voices of his constituents are heard and has been a key figure in efforts to reduce unnecessary government regulations.
“My focus has always been on delivering results for the hardworking people of Michigan,” DeSana continued. “Whether it’s cutting red tape, defending our Second Amendment rights, or standing up against government overreach, I have fought to protect the freedoms and opportunities that make our state great. The re-election campaign will kick off with a rally at Pete’s Place on Thursday, August 22, 2024, where Representative DeSana will outline his vision for the next term and share more about his legislative accomplishments.
